My weight is 58 kg and age is 29. Normally my weight is varying between 55-60kg . I observe in last couple of months that my leg below knee become skinny. Even a normal press feel pain only on bone side of leg not on muscle side. Also muscles are always tight on leg only below knee. muscle tightness is since last 7-8 years. Please suggest.
