Skin tag..
I had haemorroids which are probably healed up but a skin tag has remained in the anal region... which causes pain / discomfort sometimes. Is there any way to get rid of it / it falls off without surgery? in ayurveda? its not healing by itself...

The skin tag of piles falls of with Ksharsutra therapy in ayurveda. However medicines wont be sufficient to remove it. Ksharsutra is a therapy in which medicated thread is tied to the tag and it gradually falls off within a week or two with no chance of recurrance. No surgery required.
Next Steps
Sitz bath will help until you finally go for the therapy.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and processed foods as it harms the affected area.

Skin tag with pain at Anal orifice must be due to underlying fissure . Therefore treatment should be given for Anal fissure . And if there is Anal spasm then sitz bath is helpful . If it is beyond medicinal treatment then ksharsutra therapy of Ayurveda is the best option .
