I had haemorroids which are probably healed up but a skin tag has remained in the anal region... which causes pain / discomfort sometimes.
Is there any way to get rid of it / it falls off without surgery? in ayurveda?
its not healing by itself...

The skin tag of piles falls of with Ksharsutra therapy in ayurveda.
However medicines wont be sufficient to remove it.
Ksharsutra is a therapy in which medicated thread is tied to the tag and it gradually falls off within a week or two with no chance of recurrance.
No surgery required.
Next Steps
Sitz bath will help until you finally go for the therapy.
