I am suffering from Psoriasis since 6 months dark black spot in both feet and hand pls suggest medicine.

Hello, Psoriasis is a chronic condition. Every time you develop the eruption you have to consult a dermatologist. After healing the lesions leave black pigmentation which fade gradually and does not require any special treatment.
