When exposed to sunlight in the morning time during a walk my skin is getting red bumps and feeling itchy and they disappear within a 10 to 30 minutes after I come away from sunlight is it a autoimmune disease

Reaction to sunlight doesn't mean it's an autoimmune condition all the time . It could be allergy to sunlight too ,use a sunscreen 30min before going outside and re-apply every 4 hrly .
