Skin rash on hands and thighs
What can be the reason for this type of rash?I'm observing this since 2 days.Avoided foods that triggers this rash and also feeling slight itching in my palms and redness type on feet.

Pictures are not clear to demarcate but Looks like dermographism, condition which usually starts with itching and rash developing along the lines of itching . Cause can be due to recent infections , stress , hormonal changes and unknown in few cases.
