Skin rash at perianl reg
Skin rash observed at left perianal region from last 10 days. Currently I am using clotrimazole cream, but there is no improvement. Can you suggest better medication

Use fluconazole tablets 150 mg once in 3 days..avoid sweating. Review after 15 days with photos.
