It needs incision and drainage.

It's Paronychia( infection around the toe nail).
Clean your foot properly with soap and water everyday.
Apply fucidin cream
Take tab Augmentin 625 mg three times in a day for 5 day's.
Take tab paracetamol 650 mg for pain.
