Having skin infection in ears, fingers and elbow. Like eczema.
I had shown to a doctor before and he advised to put tennovate and gave some anti biotic. But this is recurring again so i need a permanent solution.

Have you shown to a dermatologist? If not then please consult one rather than other specialty doctors for the same. It's just like going to a dentist only for tooth related problems and not anywhere else.
Intermittent use of tenovate can cause a fungal infection to develop. If it's eczema instead, your follow up should be regular atleast
