Skin problem on lower back side
What should I do to get rid of this? Suggest me some treatment? It is on my lower back side, no pain. I think it is more than 1 year. I don't have any fever or else. Picture attached. Can't go to to hospital during these days. Plz help.

Seems like a mole or skin tag. Medicine can't remove this, needs surgical removal or cautery. Please visit doctor in person.
