My daughter(age 10) on upper neck had black rashes (papdi) kind of thing in summer , the black rashes (papdi) then fall of got clear but the skin got white patches at that particular place, which is as it is since last 6 month. It is not going. Can this be vitiligo or some other skin ailment ?

def its not vitiligo...it cld be Post inflammatory hypopigmentation.Do contact me with pics using online consultation for further treatment.
