Skin gets black on back

Asked for Female, 38 Years

My upper back skin is black,and some part of arms also near front neck,not any where else back is black from many years ,arms got black just recently,have consulted family doctor but no effect can somebody help

Sun exposure, using loofah or bathing brush iron deficiency are common causes of this type of pigmentation. Show a Dermatologist and take proper treatment. Procedures like peels will give faster improvement. Hope this helps.
