Greetings. Thanks for the query. This appears as subacute dermatitis and will merit appropriate treatment. Use a topical product under prescription cream twice daily for 7 days along with liberal use of moisturiser. It will help resolve the present episode. To prevent further recurrences, discuss with your Dermatologist. There are certain Dos and Don't which will help a lot.
