In my feet I have some black and red spots what should I do to clear it...any soap or cream to be used...any advice pls

Hi! There can be multiple causes for such spots on the feet. It is very difficult to advise treatment without seeing the spots. Kindly consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment
