I have 2-3 small coin size spot on right hand. These spot sometimes cause itching. Spot skin is bit ruff. I have this problem since last 1 month.

Thanks for the query. This presentation can be seen in many disease and could be a presenting sign. A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. Consider seeing a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Fungal infection has to be ruled out.
