Asked for Female, 15 Years

Hello!I got small bumps around my cheecks and also on mg forehead.What are those?I tried using activated charcoal masks,acnecre soap,and even diy natural masks.But it got worse.I have sensitive skin and I live in the Phippines where the climate is very hot.Please help me,what should I do?I can’t afford going and consult to a dermatologist :(
