Skin problem and nail problem

Hello My husband's foot has got this white patch from last 1 month. What this could be? Please suggest some ointment or any medicine. One more thing he has got major in grown nail problem. It has got operated once but still it grows again and again what could be done to get rid of it permanently Thanks In advance

Its eczema. Good medicines are available for its treatment. For ingrown toe nail, nail avulsion is best. Ask him not to wear tight shoes. Cut nail regularly.
