Asked for Male, 24 Years

I got a small patch kind of a thing in my penis. Now seems like it is growing. I was a cushing syndrome patient and now I am fine. Had a recent check up of cortisol levels and USG.Reports were fine. I developed staire in my skin during the disease. The same way skin of penis is getting some patches. It also gets thin at patch areas . Please suggest the reasons and treatment.
