Skin lesion on back of palm
Sir, I noticed this about 2 years ago and that time it was very small (about 5 mm). I smeared it and it started enlarging since then. Though it was not apparent enough. About one month back I applied dermikem on it for a week and it starts looking more bumpy and red. It doesn't itch atall and it feels like dead skin. At edges it is more bumpy and pains a very little if pressed hard. What is it? Is it cancer of some kind?

Hello. If this is on your hand, not itchy, never disappeared and came back, it is probably not fungal. So Dermikem wont help. There are many possibilities from granuloma annulare to sarcoidosis. A detailed discussion can help to understand better
