Skin layers coming out from my palms
It has been 2-3 weeks now that I have observed skin peeling out from my palms and fingers, at first it was in small patches on my palms, thinking it to be natural and that it would get back to normal by itself, I ignored it, and it did get beck to normal but it started again after few days.Now its so much that my whole palm's skin is coming. The skin that is coming out is thin and flakey. I have been washing my hands with soap very often nowadays and also use sanitizer whenever needed.
I feel this might be a reason as sometimes after I wash my hands with soap the skin on the back side of palm changes its texture, becomes whitish and rough.

You have hand eczema, with excessive usage of soaps and sanitizer.. please avoid this for sometime. U can use skin Ph friendly soaps and just moisturize everytime you wash, plain coconut oil also helps. If no relief after this , please consult a dermatologist.
