Hey, I did not have much acne earlier but my water intake was very less like one glass per day only. As of now, during this lockdown, I have started drinking 2 litres per day but suddenly I am having a lot of breakout, I am not eating any junkies also. Please let me know what should I do?

Acne are quite common in teenage due to hormonal fluctuations. They usually settle down by the age of 20-25 years once your hormones stabilize. Treatment should be initiated early so as to prevent scars and marks. Consuming lot of water is not known to aggravate acne.
