Skin issue
My son is 40 months now. He sometimes have this plain surface red dot like spot  either one or two dots on his neckline. It comes and goes on its own. Is it an infection kind of thing or due to dust. He has a sensitive skin though. Please advice. It's plain surface red dot like spot.

It is not infective or allergic. If it resolves and is not increasing in size or changing colour, you can relax.

It's likely a minor allergy. If it comes and goes, no need to worry about it
