Regarding my 6 months son issue
Hi, my son is 6 months old his weight is less and still his head is not stable still we used to put hand  for head when holding him and he also not able to stand properly when holding him so what should we do for him to gain weight and other stuff.

the milestones you have mentioned for your child are delayed. you have to first meet your pediatrician for the assessment of the milestones as well as growth of the child whether any therapy is required or not will be told by the doctor after the assessment neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age. regular massage of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area. if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones
