Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having little bit rough skin and little bit rashes which is little itchy and peirces.Is this is due to heat or any other reasons.As I switch of fan I feel irritated with skin.As I have also started portien x powder with milk this week only.Please suggest any solution from this?
