  4. Skin infection pubic area. Pls help.

Skin infection pubic area
Irregular itching at genital area especially at the lips and also dry flaky skin causing irritation and redness. No smell, no blood, but the itching continues badly especially at night. No sexual contact so not an STD as well. The skin has become black due to itching. Pls help.
