Skin hole in legs fingers

Hii sir my friend had getting pain in her fingers in legs. Her fingers bottom side getting red and small hole like tiny wound on it. She suffering from pain.. She used volvoline for relief but not get relief. What medicine for this problem please suggest me.. She had spent some time her fingersunder water during work.. And also get in her nails of the legs fingers.
