Skin extensions
I have developed small skin extensions particularly around neck area ( photo uploaded). Kindly suggest if I need any immediate treatment or if it is due to any underlying disease. I will be grateful .

The one single pointed lesion looks like wart. It's an infection. It needs to be treated. If not chances of spreading is there. Do not keep on touching the lesion with fingers, as it increases chance of spread. The other two soft lesions look like skin tag(acrochordon). No need to worry about this, but can be removed.. But, need clear pictures for proper diagnosis and treatment

do not apply anything by yourself or from medical store. as it may increase the problem if it has steroids, or damage skin by causing contact dermatitis.

They are skin tags or acrochordons or as you have rightly pointed out as skin extension.. they happen with age or with excess body weight.. you can get them removed with various methods.. Get a direct consultation for guidance on proper treatment
