Slight red in color in multiple small area of leg including thighs..very dry and thin not leathery at all..history of dry skin and have used steroids after consulting dermatologis Previously.
Skin get wrinkle like in that area and very itchy in night..applying some moisturizer give some relief..
After itching skin look mild white like in dry scaly skin.. No big or small pin head pimple initially. Is it eczema for dry skin or scabies.?

You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch.
