Skin concern. (5mg or 10mg) ?

"I am getting very big and severe pimples (nodules) on my face. These pimples do not go away easily. I have been going through this problem since the year 2020 and have already used many things, but I am not getting any results. Even though I have already taken medicine from the skin doctor at the government Capital Hospital, there is still no improvement. In 2024, the doctor told me to take doxycycline tablets and I used that too, but the pimples decrease only for the duration that I use the medicine, and after the medicine course is completely finished, the pimples start appearing again. I am completely exhausted from experiencing all this repeatedly. These pimples are causing a lot of pain internally and are not going away easily. My weight is around 55-60 kg. Can I start with a low dose of isotretinoin (5mg or 10mg)?"
