Pimples on face
Hi Doctors.. I am 34 years old women. I am married. I still get pimple on my face. Is it normal to have adult acne / pimple. This usually get worse when I eat cashew. My concern is why do I get them and how can I get permanently rod of it. Also pls suggest does this means I have impure blood. I have sensitive skin and fair complexion.

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne is in no way an indicator  of "impure blood". As an adult,you can get acne which can be due to hormonal changes,cosmetics,diet or even pollution
