Skin changed to black patches

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Problem started three weeks before i was hospitalised for kidney stone issue got treatment ed in the mean time itching happened for me I thought like because for treatment and medicine affected so that's only itching After three weeks no itching but skin white to black patches it look like fish skin Iam too afraid my skin changes unable to remove black dark patches Photo attached for reference Patches in completely hand and leg and some part in left side stomach Please help me resolve the issue
