  4. Skin cancer. But today i saw a video!

Hi recently I had a delivery now I am breastfeeding in my chest I had these mole type it's actually little lump and also there is small small dots in my chest but today I saw a video regarding this I don't know for how long it's been there I fear it could be a skin cancer???
