I get badly sun burned often and living in a tropical area is starting to scare me about developing skin cancer. I am not sure where to look, or much of anything concerning this worry.

Use sun screen with SPF more than 15 on sun exposure places it will decrease the risk. And all the disease comes at 60 + age usually
