Now the small small marks if they are superficial and only pigmentation is present... then creams can be helpful to decrease the pigment cell activity which is increased due to the injury in the skin..... HOWEVER if there is depression in the marks and there is Deep tissue damage then you may require laser treatment for inducing the collision production in the skin to lift the depressed scars... get it properly checked and start appropriate treatment accordingly
