Skin black spots

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have black spots like age spots in forehead, chin,hands and legs... I have thyroid, I thought this black spots appeared due to hormonal imbalance but I am getting itchy in breast,stomach and legs, in those area I am getting brown patches... Is it a melasma or any other skin disease
