Skin between and under breast
I have been struggling with dark, scaley, Dry and sometimes smelly skin between and under my breasts for some time now. I’m too self conscious to go to my doctor but want some solutions as it makes me self conscious. I have tried anti fungal cream before

Other than anti fungal cream, a course of oral antifungals will be beneficial.
If it spreads further, please consult a dermatologist.
