Hi.....losing fore head hair may be due to androgenic alopecia. Pigmentation of face may be due to tanning.Treatment options for androgenic alopecia includes topical minoxidil;microneedling, PRP, lasers, mesotherapies ect. Regular use of sunscreens avoid further tanning. For the exciting pigmentation treatment options include chemical peeling, lasers, mesotherapies ect.
