Hi Suresh I can understand how you would feel to get labeled. It is important to understand your family dynamics, and why are they saying this to you. If you have social phobia, and now other related family issues, it is important to go for regular therapy with psychologist near you. To enhance your confidence, to help you come out of the your shell.
Next Steps
meet a psychologist.
