Kindly find the report of CT PNS and iam having sore throat and breathing through mouth for 6 months. I havent have this breathing problem from my childhood. only for the past 6 months iam having this. My PFT is normal(taken 2 months back) and CT chest is normal..SPO2 is normal...no existing diseases. only obese.

Mouth breathing can give rise to sore throat due to dryness. Mouth breathing can be due to blocked nose which might be due to a deviated septum ( centre bone deviated towards left ) and turbinate ( small bones on the walls of the nose ) being enlarged on right.
