Sorry to hear your complaints. I can understand the difficulty you are facing for a long period of time.
Firstly, we should confirm the diagnosis of chronic sinusitis. We can do a CT scan and nasal endoscopy for detailed evaluation. IF it is chronic sinusitis, and if you have already tried all conservative treatments, you may need a surgery for the complete cure of the condition.
Regarding weight loss and bone involvement, it requires detailed evaluation.
