  4. Sinus rinse. Sharp pain in my ear.

I have chronic sinusitis and everytime i use nielmed sinus rinse i get excrutiating sharp pain in my ear.

There is a tube at the back of the nose which connects to the ear....  You should avoid forceful sinus rinse as this can lead to the infection in the ear...
