Hello Doctor,
I've got sinus blocks due to nasal polyps. I had similar issue 8 years back and this is a repeat. I've been facing this for last 10 years and even after surgery it came back after 6 months.
I'm not sure if I'm allergic to anything but I've got trouble the entire day and struggle for a normal breath.
Symptoms -
A) I've got more on my right nose and post noon time I get head aches every day, there are nasal discharge from throat often and at night the right nose is fully blocked making me struggle to sleep.
B) There is no nose leak unless I eat spicy things but it's often dry block and if I blow it I do get mucus. There is a dry crust that is generally formed. There are instances that mucus is seen on the nasal front these days thick ones.
C) HEADACHES are regular due to polyps

Please get a contrast enchanced CT of your paranasal sinus and put it up here , and also confirm if you are a smoker .
If the polyps are not occluding the openings of the sinuses then it can be treated medically if not then a revision ENDOSCOPIC SINUS SURGERY will be needed followed by regular nasal washing and medications for atleast 6 months
