Sinus Infection. Get me totally cured?

Around a month ago, I was suffering from headache.Headache in the forehead region.At sometimes of day, particularly in morning and evening, it used to increase. ..Doctor gave me generic medicines for cough, cold and fever.A week after that in the PNS X-ray, the report said: 1. Haziness on maxillary sinus 2.septum deviated Then again I visited the general physician.But he gave no medicines and asked to continue steam inhalation and salt gargling.He also asked me to visit an ENT specialist after few days. After 3-4 days, I went to an ENT specialist.She gave me 3-4 tablets and otrinoz drop. Taking medication for 4-5 days, there was a great improvement.I would say the problem was now only 25% of the initial.But, still I feel a little heaviness.After taking the English medicines as prescribed by ENT for 5 days,I told this problem to parents.Thrn a family homeopathic Doctors gave 2 medicine-R49 (Raeckveg) and 'Sinus aid' tablet.. My question is how long will it take to get me totally cured?
