You have to first confirm whether it is sinus infection or some other infection or it is a allergy. It would be advisable to remain in contact with your doctor and also you can go for sinus x-ray to confirm whether it is Sinusitis or not. 15 days is good enough to decrease any type of Sinusitis infection. Your doctor will revaluate whether there is need of any change in antibiotics or whether it is an allergy.
