Sinus and Throat
I have cold and throat congestion through year and it gets worst during winter. Common symptoms are Wetly eyes, Running nose and pain in throat, slight fever, headache etc.

Having cold and cough for so long means your immunity is compromised  It may also indicate that there is a chronic infection in the sinuses or adenoids

Pl get your haemogram done get a scan of the sinuses also.

Hi..... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey can soothe a sore throat. Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon. Gargle the solution and then spit it out....
