My nose is congested since I came back from Delhi on 10th. There is a lot of mucus and I feel like I have chest infection (But I don't have). Now I have severe headaches and I blow my nose 10 times a day. its same yellowish music.

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. take steam inhalation..consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
