I m 32 weeks pregnant.. have Single unbelical artery. Low fetal growth.. I m lacking 3 Weeks In my fetal growth . I feel like materbating.. is it safe if I do so ?? I had one ectopic pregnancy and now this is the first pregnancy

Hi. As single umbilical art, the baby growth is less take high protein diet like 1 gm, /kg of your wt. Means if u r 60 kg, you should take more than 60 gms of protein. It will increase the growth of the baby.
