Single ectopic kidney
Right kidney is sbsent. only left kidney is present that too near uterus on pelvic brim. She is 19 yrs with height 155cms and weight 70 kgs. Is there any treatment to correct the kidney and to transplant a second kidney?

As per the info that uve given it seems like youve had a single kidney since birth. For the human body to function one normal kidney is good enough. How ever you need to take good care of the only kidney that you ve got.
Next Steps
Consult nephrologist.
