Hi,
I have been detected simple ovarian cyst in right ovary (36mm). Doctor asked me to monitor it for 3 months, It will dissolve on it own
Now I have started experiencing dull pain in right side (sometimes, especially when I am doing excercise).
Should I worry about it or is it normal

You should wait for three months before you contemplate any surgical intervention. In the meantime you may use hormonal contraceptives. That may help in resolving the ovarian cyst.
