During my routine check up ,I was diagnosed with left simple ovarian cyst of 6*5cm...my CA 125 test came out 15.90 U/ml and I am not facing any kind of pelvic pain or other irregularities...how should I proceed with this problem?

It's a big cyst, if the size increases, or if you have pain then it needs to get operated. Otherwise you can repeat scan after 3 months and look for size of the cyst. Also you can take monthly OCP for 3 months for its resolution.
