I have been diagnosed with dengue
I was diagnosed with dengue yesterday and have been having high fever . I'm urinating every 10-15 mins but I'm not able to pass stool. I've been hydrating myself alot . Why am I peeing soo much and what can I do to increase my platelet count asap
